Funding to support our programs in Kosovo has dropped dramatically, so we need to raise money to support our educational, human rights, and advocacy projects. Voice of Roma commissioned Sebastopol artist, Patrick Amiot, to create a sculpture for a drawing to benefit our programs. Mr. Amiot’s sculpture of a violin playing Dalmatian is named “Arkadiy”, after the brilliant violinist, Arkadiy Gips, who performed at the 13th Annual California Herdeljezi Roma Festival.
